We ship orders from Bali. As such, we allow for a 2 to 10 business days delivery period once an order is placed. We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
We use TNT/ DHL/EMS as a reputable shipping agency and all items will be fully traceable once shipped. We like to provide our customers with fast and reliable international shipping.
As such, we take responsibility for TNT/DHL services when shipping out all items.
Please note that we cannot ship to post office boxes as such we require a street address. International orders also require someone to be available to sign for your package.

JustJoDesign is unable to provide refunds for changes of mind for SALE item. We want you to be happy with the items you order and we will honour exchanges and credit notes. Requests for an exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving an item via email to
justjodesign@gmail.com .
(Items must be returned unworn, with the original sale tags attached and in the condition that they were received.)
Please note that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale items, unless faulty.
